We came into this Bank of America branch and was explicitly told that we could refinance a car loan. After that visit, we sent multiple emails starting in November to schedule an appointment and received zero response. Months later, we finally discovered that as of January, Bank of America stopped offering auto loan refinancing altogether. No one bothered to inform us, respond to our outreach, or close the loop—despite the fact that our attempts to schedule began before the service ended. This branch is so bad. Bank of America in general offer poor customer service, but this branch is the worst. I live here and have been using this branch for about 16 months now. There is never more than one teller, never, and the queues mount up while she is actually sat there talking about kids, vacations, with the one customer lucky enough to be getting served. There are about 3 others sat in offices, doing nothing, but none of them have the brains or the initiative to ask those waiting if they need any help. I walked out ... read more

Don’t waste your time at this location. I called 3 times on my way here, no one picked up the phone. I walked in and asked if there was a notary available, it’s all I needed, and they told me to sit down and wait. I waited, they would walk right past me and no one would tell me if there was a notary available or not, or the expected wait time, because they could’ve easily told me that no one was available, and I would’ve left and not wasted my time sitting there!
