After terrible customer service at the other fruitville rd branch I decided to go to this branch. I was informed I needed to go into a location for what I needed. After walking in I was told it would be about a 45 minute wait. I didn’t have an appointment so I understood. I figured I’d give it a try to call customer service again and they were able to resolve the matter. So I left. I want to commend this branch for blocking a deposit into a lottery scam account my elderly father was about to make. It’s the first time we have been able to get through to him. We are eternally grateful!
