Had appointment at 1:30 but was not called in even at 2 and finally left, they don’t value customers timeÂ
This is a BoA branch with worst customer service. They need to learn customer service from their competitor like Wells Fargo. They are rude and disrespectful at all time 100%. Once I am done with them I will close out all my accounts.Â
In this bank they do not respect the order of arrival of the clients, they pass to those they know first and also the treatment is disrespectful!Â
As others pointed out, they only work from 10 to 4 during weekdays. With the very limited hours they open, it’s hard to maintain business with them. Even we managed to walk-in during their work time, they still cannot fit us within 1 hour. Appointment is highly recommended for anyone who still enjoys BOA’s excellent service. We are switching to Chase cross the road.Â
