POOR SERVICE. I am Commercial customer that only goes inside for change ONLY Theres AlWAYS only ONE person working and I have to wait for extended periods of time JUST to get change! UNACCEPTABLE.
All of the employees have been very helpful to my family. Recently we had an appointment with Felipe Sandoval and he was very personable and professional. It was a pleasure working with him.
It's frustrating when even managers of a branch dont know the intricacies of their job. They refused to cash a check because it was made out to my business. It's a sole proprietorship so it indeed can be cashed but they still insisted they could not and would not cash it. I only visited this location because it was nearby but I can safely say I never will again. I had to drive to Sarasota Crossings Fruitville because they actually know what they're doing and cashed my check with ease. Do better.
I had an appointment with Felipe Sandoval and he was phenomenal. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made the entire setup process easy and stress free. Felipe is extremely knowledgeable and professional, providing truly top notch service. The branch itself was nice and pleasant, making it an overall great experience. If you are in the Sarasota Bradenton area, I highly recommend booking an appointment with him. Thanks Felipe!
