Service is professional, fast and friendly as well as looking out for each client's individual needs.
This branch has disappointed on many many times. Shutting down because the ac is out? Open the door, get a fan, service YOUR clients. The workers are still in there, service your clients.
Simple task as Depositing is hard for them to do. While 3 of the teller sit around chatting away not helping customer. Waste people time. There was people walk in and walk out upset. This bank should close down
On my last visit, it’s been awhile since I’ve physically been in the lobby, there was only one teller assisting customers, she was extremely professional. I also wanted to meet with an advisor, unfortunately the only one in the bank was unavailable. I tried to telephone the advisor today, I was routed to his voicemail and a promise of receiving a call back, his voicemail was full.
