I had an excellent experience working with senior banker, Maral , at bank of America. She demonstrated a high level of professionalism, integrity, and deep financial knowledge throughout the entire process. She clearly explained everything to me that made decision making much easier for me. She is very detail oriented and genuinely took the time to understand my needs and goals. I would highly recommend Maral to anyone looking for reliable, knowledgeable and trustworthy financial guidance.
The only complaint is it takes so long inside. Slow don't go in if you're in a hurry or have another appt. somewhere else you'll be late. Took so long the last time I was there.
Service is professional, fast and friendly as well as looking out for each client's individual needs.
This branch has disappointed on many many times. Shutting down because the ac is out? Open the door, get a fan, service YOUR clients. The workers are still in there, service your clients.
Simple task as Depositing is hard for them to do. While 3 of the teller sit around chatting away not helping customer. Waste people time. There was people walk in and walk out upset. This bank should close down
