I have called all day and gotten no response, forward calls to a system meant for employees. I love 45 mins away so needing to make sure what I need done can be done. Very irritating to have money in your account you can’t get access due to the phones not being answered. You would think they are instructed not to answer phone. Even called Sugarland and Stafford and no response. Will be closing as soon as I can and will NEVER recommend to anyone.

I make over 10k a month from having a Popular Youtube Channel with over 400k subs but they treat me and my WIFE like scums of the earth the tellers here are very rude and the manager is very rude as well I want my bank to match my success not be filled with hate and bad attitudes from people who are supposed to be handling my money .
