I have always had an exceptional experience with Adrian. He is consistently helpful, solutions-oriented, and ensures all my questions are answered. I don't a problem with the bank , However they could use some more tellers , including in the drive thru, Why on earth would you put two atm machines in the same role , When first person leaves the cubicle , The second person is still waiting for the next car to go up .I think the corporate office needs to revisit this one . They more than to atm machines for sure . People and business don't value people time anymore, you want be in and out . People have pick there kids etc ... If there was zero stars I would say that. My husband went to pay my credit card since I’m at the hospital. My husband is a signer in that account that I have had for 15 + years sadly Nick maybe the manager talked to my husband and treated him so bad kick him out of the bank and was very rude really with out any reason, for him it was enough that previously one of our employees came to this location for the same reason to pay my credit card and was treated so bad so left a bad review of Nick and this location, so this last ti... read more
Very bad service.. every time I come to this branch they can't take my credit card payment, manager told me not to go to this branch anymore.. so I always drive 30 minutes away to another branch..
This bank needs more tellers and drive thru service! Lines are always long! Maybe needs new management !
