Never open at convenient time. Only 1 drive through ATM. Just plain bad service. Update- if I could give ZERO stars I would. 10am-4pm, M-F. Donât we all wish we only had to work from 10-4 each day. Totally ridiculous. Update- only bank that wonât take cash at their ATM. Seriously- BOA is the worst bank in the world. I would never recommend ever. Still wish ZERO stars was an option.Â
They have 4 drive through lanes but only 1 ATM. Also the one inside is always out of service or being worked on. The BOA at Highland Knolls and Mason is a thousand times better.Â
This was the worst experience Iâve ever had at a bank. I didnât realize they donât open until 10 and got there at 9:30. Thatâs on me for not thinking I needed to check their hours. All I wanted to do was open a checking account. I should have known when the couple ahead of me walked out of the workerâs office saying âThis is ridiculous,â after no one there could do what they needed. That same worker was going to help me. Everyone was so nice and helpful throughout my whole visit, from signing in at the desk to leaving. I was able to create an account . They explained me about everything thing in pinpointed manner.I am really impressed by the staff behavior. They are really friendly and supportive.Â
