I made a withdrawal a couple of minutes ago and a clerk named Stephanie helped me and she was talking to her coworkers while helping me and when I asked for an envelope and they said they ran out with a bad tone unprofessional from the people who work here
Have tried to get business night deposit keys on 2 separate occasions for a total of 2 hours, still no luck, working direct with branch manager, Diana Alfaro. Requested District Manager’s business card and was refused.
This has to be the worst bank in this area. I should have left years ago. There’s a reason they keep getting low reviews. The mgr Diana hung up the phone on me today. I’ll be moving my 3 accounts out. I also noticed a lot of lazy inattentive staff when I go to this branch. Moving on.
After waiting over 1 hour fanaly was told no one available to be service
