This place sucks. They never pick up the phone. You make an appointment, show up and then they cancel. You won't ever get an apology. It's crazy bc they will have 3 people standing up front, talking about non work related items, while people are waiting on line and the phone is ringing. I have 3 business accounts with them, almost 200k in the bank and I'm just done. I will be pulling my money out and going someplace else. Also, their HELOC is a scam. Worst bank ever!!! Never have enough tellers always only one with about 5 other employees standing around just starring at the line and not helping!!! Manager just stands at the front looking at the computer but not helping tellers. Never again will I come to this branch it gives bank of america a bad name for sure!! I stick with the one on 64 much better staff and you never have to wait managers there actually care!! Thus place should take lessons or they should shop people from other branches to take this place over.
