I have used many banks in the last 40 years and the ellenton BofA goes above and beyond what is expected. They know who you are and always are happy to see you. End of day I needed to send a wire transfer and it was just before the lobby closed, they were happy to help and did not rush at all. I am pleased with the service every time I go in to the bank. I highly recommend giving this branch a try if you are not happy with your current bank.
