Asked for a new Customized credit card and was declined. Reason was related to several credit cards still open. When a card is stolen or reported for fraud, the Bank replaced the card by new ones. Credit cards are classified as “Open” with the Credit Score Agencies because Bank of America never before closed all 8 cards with the Experian and Equifax. The actual condition with my Credit Score report is not acceptable. My credit score is being jeopardized due to mismanagement from the Bank of America.
Absolutely the slowest branch I’ve ever been to. Don’t go if you expect to be in and out. Not gonna happen.
I recently visited Bank of America to switch my son's account to one that better suits his future student needs, and we had the pleasure of working with Tony.
