I visited this Bank of America location today, and even though I arrived close to closing, the employee who helped me was knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain the process. She let me show her the exact issue I was having, and while it could not be resolved immediately, she happily scheduled an appointment for me at a nearby Bank of America branch and made sure the time worked with my schedule. This is a great bank location overall. Every time I have visited, I have experienced minimal issues when using the ATM, which is always a plus. Lines are usually very short or nonexistent, making the process quick and convenient. The environment is consistently clean and well maintained, which adds to the positive experience. Overall, this location is reliable, efficient, and easy to use for routine banking needs.

This is the only branch that asked me to sit and wait because they need to make a phone call to verify my ID for Fraud Prevention, for only 5K withdrawal, out of many branches in Sarasota. I took my ID back and walked out the door. My time was too expensive to wait for your 'Fraud prevention checking', if you want easy process, go to one by Cattlemen, Fruitville Rd, Bee ridge, and Gulf gate, would not have that problem.
