They never pick up
There were only 2 customers in the branch, already in an office being helped when we walked in. There were 7 employees from what could see. The greeter was not at the greeter desk and the single teller did not greet us either, they were waiting on each other. Finally the teller acknowledged our presence. She, after inquiring on how to assist us locked her drawer and walked all the way to the service side to literally go desk to desk to find someone to assist us. Terribly disappointing! Answer your phone!!!!! Terrible customer service y’all need to close the dumb banks down
Made an online appointment on Sunday to come in on Tuesday to execute some documents with their notary. Fortunately, I specified what documents they would be. I get a call about 40 minutes before my Tuesday appointment that they cannot execute those types of documents and do not have enough staff to be witnesses. They could have at least let me know the day before. This bank has the shortest hours i've ever seen they always give me issues and since im under 18 and my parents swear by boa I cant switch to a better bank I always use the boa mobile app to deposit my checks I sign them deposit them then file them I found that I was missing a check and as I looked through my history and physical files I found that I have physical copies of checks I deposited but they don't appear in the deposit history.
