This bank branch is highly unprofessional. I've been waiting on an answer as to if a document will be accepted for a week now. I was told I'd get a call back. A week later I've left messages that have gone unreturned and they don't answer their phones. All this to set up an estate account. The document is in no way expired but they only accept them for one year due to their internal rules. Not like I can have them reissued by someone dead.
