Have an account here, tried to cancel a few months back and they told me no, I had to set an appointment and they wouldn’t have a space for a few weeks to cancel. I ended up getting busy and forgetting about it, which I guess is the strategy right? $12 fee monthly eventually drained the account, now I am trying to cancel a -$12 balance. Very disrespectful staff here, and they fight you about trying to close an account and just refuse to assist.
I received a check from Bank of America, so I took it to this branch to cash it. The teller then told me that because I didn’t have a checking account it was going to cost me $8 to cash it. I’m so glad I stopped using that credit card!
