Today, October 5, I visited this Bank of America branch and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. The cashier was extremely rude and spoke to customers in a condescending manner, as if she were above everyone else in the branch. I found her communication disrespectful and completely inappropriate for a customer-facing position. I raised my concerns with the manager, but instead of addressing the issue, I was told that there was nothing wrong with the cashier’s way of communicating.
