Horrible wait times, always a line with only 2 tellers sometimes 1. No matter time of day it's always a long time standing in line
Been waiting here for 20 mins with only 2 tellers. And 1 teller has been helping 1 customer. the branch manager keeps looking at the line like why it isn't moving. Like bro add more tellers or go back there and help.. they have 3 people just standing around there desk waiting for no reason while the line is still long. Worst bank of america branch in all of oxnard.

Me trataron como que les iva haser fraude solo iva a depositar y me trataron muy despotas insinuando que me fuera a otro banco tengo mas de 10 anos con este banco no tienen derecho a tratarme como me trataron la manager melisa y la cajera jenifer desde el comienxo esta cajera me tratocomo con desconfianza y digo de que por depositar me hicieron sentir muy mal no se vale
