They never answer their phones, after a couple days of calling an employee answered and i told him of the issue. And he was defensive and got angry with me and hung up on me, terrible customer service. I hope he gets fired
Don't recommend at all they have the EBT card logo at the atm and it never let me withdraw any money out! I was very dissatisfied and flustered.
I tried to withdraw money from my EDD debit card. The bank teller advised me I was not able to do so since they had already "closed it out" before their closing time at 5pm. She advised me to try to come in before 4:30pm. If the bank closes at 5pm, why closed the machine 30 minutes before. It was a really big inconvenience to me since I had made arrangements to be there before 5pm. This is the second time this bank of America decided to close their doors before closing hours.
