I want to specially thank Patrick Compsron! My mom and I came into the branch to report the death of my father, and to get advice on how to set up their accounts so that I can be on the accounts to help my mom with her banking. I am giving them a five star review because this is the way a bank should operate, I dealt with the agent behind the counter who was top-notch, professional, and extremely friendly, then I had another change of address to do, I spoke with Patrick, this guy is a five star all the way, the whole staff is. The Manager deserves a 0 for customer service. I'm a regular customer with preferred account status and long time BOA customer. I was always accommodated for a notary as specially when the notary was available, maybe some wait, but was severed. This morning I was turned away and told to come back because they only have a late afternoon appointment for notary, meanwhile there was available personal to do a 3 - 5 minute process. Worse employer , she make time to talk with customer and forgot that its a bank no a park , then the customer forgot something at the car and let her out and wait for her. And she said no I am waiting for the lady. 🫥lazy employee or she don’t care for all customers. Never back to this place
