The Manager deserves a 0 for customer service. I'm a regular customer with preferred account status and long time BOA customer. I was always accommodated for a notary as specially when the notary was available, maybe some wait, but was severed. This morning I was turned away and told to come back because they only have a late afternoon appointment for notary, meanwhile there was available personal to do a 3 - 5 minute process. Worse employer , she make time to talk with customer and forgot that its a bank no a park , then the customer forgot something at the car and let her out and wait for her. And she said no I am waiting for the lady. 🫥lazy employee or she don’t care for all customers. Never back to this place
Nice and clean
Very very long lines. Only one teller working. Manager was rude and unhelpful. Made me want to take my money elsewhere.
This branch is a disaster. Every time I am coming here they don’t know what they are doing and tell me to call. Seriously?
