Main issue was staff refusing to move to the lower counter to accommodate the wheelchair user in our group. The 4 of us came to cash a check. The member of our party that was in the wheelchair was way below the counter height making it difficult to hear or be part of the transaction. He was ignored completely and was stuck just looking at a wall basically. Staff barely greeted us and said noting to us the entire transaction except to ask for our IDs several times. I have really realized how much it means when someone knows your name. Vidra is a personal banker, although if you go by you will see her with lots of hats on. She is a problem-solver, and I really appreciate that. She is always with a smile, professionalism, and a helpful attitude. Thank you!
