Horrible, lobby is closed with no staff. I’ve been a Bank of America customer for 15+ years and have never seen anything like this regarding NONE of the 7 BOA locations around me having lobby services open for business. Yet, they limit the transactions and amounts available to be completed online or via mobile, so you are forced to have to go into a branch. How are any customers supposed to be able to do anything! Ridiculous!

Why is this branch closed until 10am Wednesday (7-1-20)??
This branch has been closed for about 3 months with no access to my safety deposit box but they did the deduction from my account for another year.
