The staff is not helpful at all, it's a terrible place.
Horrible experience the young man at the desk wouldn’t do anything to help he just kept repeating himself and he wouldn’t even try to help the situation. I live far away on the island and I can’t get help over the phone. I drive here and he just sends me away. Think of America should be ashamed of their Customer Service. It’s not existent, especially at this branch.
Today’s visit to the inside teller was very unpleasant. Attempting to withdraw money from my account and was not able to withdraw my ID. The teller was said it was over her limit and did not give any further options. The manager was not helpful and did not try to further assist me. This branch is lacking in customer service.
