Es el banco con el peor servicio del mundo, tampoco se app sirve para nada.

This branch has the worst customer service. You walk in no one addresses you, you have to find someone to tell you there's no waiting list just sit & wait. Your wait is minimum 30 minutes and on. No tellers on windows and the line of customers waiting. Why am I banking in a bank that has no regards for customers time to close all accounts and move on.
Gloria Morales was great to work with. She was courteous, helpful, and took care of all of my banking needs. I will definitely return to this branch in the future.
