This branch provides very poor service. I recently went in to ask about transferring money between accounts. The person “helping” me, didn’t know how to make transfers and couldn’t assist with my needs. I was also kept me waiting for 20 minutes while he took care of another customer yet didnt return with any new or helpful information. In other words, I was kept waiting for absolutely no reason.
Love this bank. Just wish I could park in the atm spot on weekends and perform 10 minute transactions. I don’t care if the beach parks in other spots just not the 3 ATM spots

I went to deposit my check at this location, and what a surprise awaits for me from KAMELIA. When I got there, there was a gentleman he was trying to make a transaction but was having difficulties with communication with KAMELIA. He asked me if I could help him, which I did since there were only the two of us talking in Español I noticed that KAMELIA started feeling uncomfortable.
