Another bad experience at another Bank Of America. Came here yesterday, waited over 15 minutes in line just for them to tell me that the 2 tellers(ON A FRIDAY) didn’t have access to the foreign currency function so they couldn’t take my Mexican money and convert it to USD that i got from a Bank of America in Connecticut. Then i told them to call the other branches to see who can do it so i wasn’t aimlessly driving around the state and they refused.
