BOA has a long history of questionable practices. They have been defendants in a few class action lawsuits, etc. I remember opening an account here years ago. So many fees and anytime I tried to transfer funds they tacked on additional charges just because they loved me as a customer. They had a policy of holding on to large checks for weeks, I guess they hoped you had forgotten about them in an attempt to overdraft your account. Sad to see that this branch is closed, NOT! Good riddance!
Treat you like family
I love BOA but they really need to stay open past 5 especially when most people do not even get off until 5. I know there are ATM's but I think the customers deserve people interaction when dealing with their money.
I always see people sitting around in their offices, doing literally nothing, while I wait 10 minutes for one of them to be bothered to get off their duff and help a customer :/ (Most other branches they seem anxious to help a customer, not so much this one)
