Very VERY slow service. The ones behind the desk are extremely rude and as I said slow. They also have managers that walk around and just stand there, but do not Nothing while the lines back up. I had a horrible experience with the manager who said she’s the manager for 28 years and she will not see me without an appointment regardless of what corporate said. Bank of America lost my business behind her
