I visited Bank of America in Hamden on Friday afternoon. And was told by the Latina woman that I could not cash my check because of my Middle initial being in my ID and not my check. (Which I have never heard before)and I had multiple forms of identification. the next day went to Bank of America in west haven, and had no issues at all! Please don't discriminate based on appearance.
I would like to thank Rayne and her manager for being very polite , understanding and helpful with my mom needs . They were so compassionate towards her and showed great patience with her as I was getting frustrated myself .
