I visited Bank of America in Hamden on Friday afternoon. And was told by the Latina woman that I could not cash my check because of my Middle initial being in my ID and not my check. (Which I have never heard before)and I had multiple forms of identification. the next day went to Bank of America in west haven, and had no issues at all! Please don't discriminate based on appearance.
I would like to thank Rayne and her manager for being very polite , understanding and helpful with my mom needs . They were so compassionate towards her and showed great patience with her as I was getting frustrated myself . Rain and Isabella are awesome. They influenced my already reliable experience. I feel like family when I'm there. I'll give you an example. I come in with a book of bills, ask them how much do I have in account and could they get a calculator so I can see how much is in there, then I'll ask them to subtract the money in my account to help me see if I have enough or do I owe monies to my account in order for me to keep my account out of the red.
