Bank representative Daniel was extremely helpful assisting my elderly father with a technical account issue. He was very patient, contacted someone who was able to help troubleshoot the issue that was beyond the local office. Once the issue was identified, he walked us through the steps and the problem was resolved. We were pleased, he was very professional.
Mauricio was great help always getting me in and out so quick.
