Never had an issue at this location all the tellers are very professional and help me out every time I need something.
This actually deserves NO STARS. My Significant other went to cash his check at this specific bank, The Bank Manager AND the Teller both were extremely UNPROFESSIONAL, This is highly disappointing with their lack of professionalism. They treated him as the typical minority, Judging him and declined to cash his check (which is a Bank of America check) and did not tell him why! Went to go cash my check, I felt mistreated due to an employee, the individual I handed the check, I felt was racist, didn’t allow me to cash my check, wouldn’t give me a reason why, I went to a different Bank of America, they told me he just decided not to, and they cashed the check for me. Very upsetting
We went to update some info in our account, Marc was the one took care of us! Very friendly and knowledgeable about he is doing! Very patient to answer any questions and concerns! Just noticed that his is the Vice president in the branch from his business card! He definitely deserves his title! Thank you Marc!
