Always not working. Tried to use the customer service inside the branch and it is the most unprofessional people ever no knowledge about any banking policies at all👎 Especially the one who called him self one of the managers

I had the pleasure of visiting the Cheshire Branch last week. I had interactions with Madison as soon as I entered. She was nice, genuine, and helped guide me to were I needed to be. Then I was taken care of by both Sky and Traci. Both women were very helpful, personable, and professional .As a long time customer who rarely visits this branch I was very impressed. These 3 ladies are are an asset to this branch and to Bank of America
Great branch, very kind and helpful. Madison is kind, patient and really great at explaining every option with detail and kindness.
I stopped by Wednesday 9/17/2025 early afternoon. Everyone was nice and friendly. Very helpful, great service. Thank you.
