I had the pleasure of visiting the Cheshire Branch last week. I had interactions with Madison as soon as I entered. She was nice, genuine, and helped guide me to were I needed to be. Then I was taken care of by both Sky and Traci. Both women were very helpful, personable, and professional .As a long time customer who rarely visits this branch I was very impressed. These 3 ladies are are an asset to this branch and to Bank of America

Never had an issue at this location all the tellers are very professional and help me out every time I need something.
This actually deserves NO STARS. My Significant other went to cash his check at this specific bank, The Bank Manager AND the Teller both were extremely UNPROFESSIONAL, This is highly disappointing with their lack of professionalism. They treated him as the typical minority, Judging him and declined to cash his check (which is a Bank of America check) and did not tell him why!
