This old Teller with black sweater today at this location have no happiness. No smile and slow motion. Name ( Cananita ) I don’t remember the name but Look like she need a retirement.!! Takes forever just for one client since her coworker finish with 2nd one.
Unfortunately this branch does not have a good customer service. Morgan, the receptionist, is very rude. However, the bankers are nice and will help you as much as they can
Not happy with the service from one old lady (Teller) she don’t smile or talk nice to customers. She acting like someone forces her go to work. Stay home retire if needed to.!
Excellent Customer Service! The staff here is WONDERFUL! From the moment we entered the lobby we were promptly greeted and felt welcome. We had scheduled an appointment so we were seen right away. I highly recommend doing that, if possible. Beatriz helped us and was very friendly, professional, and efficient! She took care of all our needs. We could not be happier with Bank of America on Matlock!
