One of worst banking services no one is interested to attend customer everyone is busy doing nothing. It's better u find different bank
Worst BofA location I have ever visited. Gitella (Gitana? Not sure on the spelling) was exceptionally rude. Will be contacing corporate and suggest that others do the same. Contacted the branch twice in advance, and was told that we did not need an appointment for a simple beneficiary update. After traveling from up north, was then told that we would not be seen without an appointment.
