Went in about a month ago b/c I had an issue with my debit card. As soon as I walked in and got in line to wait the manager (I think that is who it was) came out and asked if he could help me. Took care of my issue quickly. I also had some questions about international wires which he walked me through. Super pleasant experience.
The customer service here is impeccable! Klaudia was able to fit us in, in between her scheduled appointments. She was wonderful. This is not my usual BOA location, but I really look forward to returning! Ricardo was also great!!

In 2023, Bank of America had a Net Income: $26.5 billion. Meanwhile, this branch, has ONE teller station & the line is 9 people deep. I’ve been standing in line for 14 minutes. It’s inexcusable. My credit union has 4 tellers. Needless to say I’ll be moving my accounts. This is 1000% reflective of profits over customers. Avoid BOA.
