Not a big fan of their setup. Only 1 teller window.
They are trying to suddenly collect a $2,000 charge from several years ago due to a check scam, even though the issue was never properly resolved at the time and was left pending for years until the records and evidence were nearly expired. The bank is now aggressively enforcing the charge, and their attitude during phone calls has been very forceful. At the time the scam occurred, the check appeared to have been successfully cashed.
