I had to stop in recently to set up a new bank account and had the pleasure of meeting Sheila. She was so friendly, welcoming, and very efficient and informative. Not only did she help me with the questions I had but she also informed me about many helpful services that I did not know were offered at BOFA. I will definitely be returning to see Sheila in the future for any of my banking needs. Her service was much appreciated and I highly recommend you ask for her if you are visiting the BOFA in Guilford.
