I am here 5 days a week for work for the last 5 years. Most of the time it is a great experience Alice and Ann are exceptional tellers, very fast, efficient, and personable. But every so often, when it absolutely can't be avoided, I have to deal with Sheba... What takes another tellers 1 or 2 minutes, LITERALLY takes her 5 to 10. Most of which is spent staring blankly at the computer screen. She is nice enough, and greets me and smiles, but really needs to be moved to another position.
