The worst experience ever not only are the people incompetent but don’t even know how to work there job or do there job. Will be switching to chase worst company ever.
Customer for 30+ years and extremely disappointed. Applied for a loan last November, but it was denied due to the agent using the wrong year’s income. Had to restart the process in January with a new agent, submitted everything requested, and then spent weeks being told it was “with underwriting” with no real updates. Finally told last week the loan was essentially closed and was no longer assigned an underwriter and that we may have to start the process over for a 3rd time. Should be negative 5 stars. How are they still open 1 worker most of the time and the one who are there look pissed to do there jobs do better. Cause this banks about as bad as america is right now newberg or location
Warning this should be no stars!!! Several months ago we went to this location to pay off and close a credit card account. They stated to shred the credit card and that they had closed it. Turns out they NEVER CLOSED IT! I have reported them to the national branch. You cannot trust this location. They seemed nice, but took advantage of an elderly person. Turns out that I am not the only person that this has happened to. Please be safe and don't go to this location.
Probably the best banking experience I have ever had! Opened a new account and the customer service is above top shelf. Highly recommend and will be back for all future banking needs.
