Been a customer for over 15 years with a business account. They’ve raised their fees considerably starting Nov 1st so wanted to learn more & open a different kind of account. The teller was very professional & but I needed to be passed on to a guy in an office who had no one waiting to see him, still waited about 10 minutes. He had a condescending tone from the start, told me absolutely the fees were NOT changing (how does a new accts person not know of fee changes?!? Worst ever they do not accommodate in any way just look at the reviews here Key Bank been amazing and just around the corner! Closing my account after 15 years of doing business banking.
