Doyin Olakojo was nothing short of a lifesaver when I went to retrieve a cashiers check for an auto purchase down payment. He overheard at teller window my intention and with only 2 minutes till closing, suggested and explained the importance of arriving to the dealership with pre approved main bank auto loan. He made sure to not take any more time than needed and stayed after closing time and to my surprise with my excellent credit, I was instantly approved and made my auto purchase 10 times easier. The worst bank, I really don't recommend it. Very bad service. The ATMs are failing and the staff says they can't do anything to help. Calling online takes a long time to wait for an answer. They say they have rules and that you have to continue waiting for a refund for up to 10 business days.
We have been banking in this location for 15 years. We hadn't visited it for about a year or so - were just using the drive through service which was always seamless. Today we had to go in to the office and had a superb service. Welcoming, friendly and professional . A rare combo nowadays. Thank you Veronica Avellaneda and Doyin Olakojo! Drs Kayatekin
