Great place and tellers. Just sometimes we must conduct business more thorough. Can’t carry on a conversation with a line of customers. just one teller.
The ATM would not accept my check so I had to go inside. Two tellers. One was with a customer with a seemingly complicated transaction. The other announced she was going to lunch. No one relieved her. Waited a couple more minutes and walked out. Don’t bother to tell me to go to Instagram or Facebook. I have neither.
Very bad customer service a line at the teller 7 ppl long and only one teller and 3 other employees staring at her not stepping in to help out
The lady that greets you and signs you in at the lobby is very rude. She decided not to help us with a notary (2nd time) and we had to go to another bank of America. I keep telling my mom to cancel her account with them.
The waiting time at this bank is too long. Every visit takes much longer than expected, and customers end up waiting far more than they should. The service itself is fine once you are attended to, but the delay makes the overall experience very frustrating.
