The lady that greets you and signs you in at the lobby is very rude. She decided not to help us with a notary (2nd time) and we had to go to another bank of America. I keep telling my mom to cancel her account with them.Â
The waiting time at this bank is too long. Every visit takes much longer than expected, and customers end up waiting far more than they should. The service itself is fine once you are attended to, but the delay makes the overall experience very frustrating.Â
They have a multi lane drive thru they no longer use and an ATM that doesn’t accept deposits almost everytime I try and use it. Not a reflection on the staff but more towards corporate/management. Why have that huge parcel with all the capabilities and not offer them to your clients?Â
Have tried calling this location as well as several others multiple times, and no one answers the phone.Â
Did a simple currency exchange and Kellie was awesome! Incredibly nice and helpful to talk to :)Â
