We had a great experience recently visiting this branch to open a checking account. From front desk to concierge associate, banker and teller, everyone was friendly and professional at the service they provided. A special thank-you to Ms. Keny who took time to assist my teenager understand the process of setting up an account. Overall it was a wonderful experience.
Yes, if you ever got the service from Doris at this Bank of America. You know what I mean. Doesn’t she know that her job as a customer service, if she can’t have a good attitude, she should changer her job. It doesn’t it her personality and if I could give a minus, I would.
I came to the bank in less busy time for loan but nobody call me for a long time. Right now we are waiting with 12 people in the small lobby!
