I visited the branch and was greeted by a very friendly lady who guided is to our representative named Ms Carolina Buttafuoco who was very friendly and helpful, even though I took a lot of her time and was asking a lot.of questions but she handled all of them very patiently and professionally. Review for Miguel Garcia –Branch Manager I had a very disappointing experience with Miguel Garcia, the branch manager. He did not make any effort to understand our request and immediately said it was not possible to open a new account for a new immigrant to the USA with a Green Card. When I explained that this was not my first time opening such an account at this same branch—and that many of my newly arrived friends had successfully opened accounts here—his response was rude and dismissive.
