Bank of America needs more ATMs with access. If you need to go inside to conduct banking at this location there is a lack of staff, and those who can keep the inside line banking moving . I will not be conducting business with this location. Too cumbersome.
Outstanding experience with specialist, Fiona. Would definitely go to her for future banking needs. Facility was clean, greeted by front on arrival. Though they didn’t have a sign in sheet so who arrived first may cause confusion. Teller was courteous.
Very slow service. Scheduled an appointment and was seated in a room. Waited 17 min into the appointment time and the advisor never showed up. They do not prioritize customers, please go to other branches!
Well, the wait for a specialist is very long... It's been an hour since we arrived and it's still not clear when we'll be able to resolve the issues that brought us to the bank
I had to wait over 45 minutes just to speak with a representative because I didn’t have an appointment. I understand they can be busy, but the lack of efficiency in handling walk-ins was disappointing. There were only a couple of agents available, and no clear system for managing the order of arrival. For a major bank like Bank of America, I expected better organization and customer service. I wouldn’t return to this branch unless absolutely necessary.
