These guys printed thier stamp on a check I was depositing and then told me I couldn't because the account is in my middle name. So they invalidated my check to be deposited anywhere else and told me to get the issuer to write another check! What kind of scandle is this?
I’m trying to call the bank to get some help and to help this company but no one answers the phone. Zero stars
I visited the branch and was greeted by a very friendly lady who guided is to our representative named Ms Carolina Buttafuoco who was very friendly and helpful, even though I took a lot of her time and was asking a lot.of questions but she handled all of them very patiently and professionally. I was very impressed by her demeanor and would definitely give her a raise if I were incharge. Review for Miguel Garcia –Branch Manager I had a very disappointing experience with Miguel Garcia, the branch manager. He did not make any effort to understand our request and immediately said it was not possible to open a new account for a new immigrant to the USA with a Green Card.
