Waited almost an hour for a simple notary service. When I was finally seen, I was told they were “fitting me in” despite having another appointment, only to then be refused because the signer doesn’t speak English — even though an interpreter was present. None of this was disclosed ahead of time, which completely wasted my time. Went to UPS afterward and got it done with no issues. Very disappointing experience.
