I've been banking with this location for many years and never had an issue all the staff have been great. But today i walked in and was told something completely different from my past 25+ years of doing business with them and requested more information on how to proceed if there are changes or updates that I need to be aware of and was given no details but to call the bank. First time I ever hear that Bank of America can’t change foreign currency, right now on September first at 950 am there manager with grey suite on and he’s wearing glasses told the teller that they can’t change foreign currency at this branch.
