I just moved to the area and have been at the bank three times and each time I have had to wait a ridiculous amount of time. They either don’t have enough staff or the staff they have is not productive. Being a long term customer of Bank of America I can safely say that this the worst branch I have ever dealt with.
Ms . Laila Medina has been my family BOA accounts representative and she is a great banker. She handles all of us with great respect, professionalism and dedication. As a business woman having Leila in BOA it’s a great asset. Keep her for ever ! When She is there the Branch moves in perfection. Tried to make a deposit. A DEPOSIT for my mother to cover her rent . They told me she had to be there . To make a deposit. Went to their ATM in their lobby and did it. Stupid policy .
I absolutely love this branch 5809 S Goldenrod Rd Orland. I drive pass several locations to get to this one with excellent customer service. Plus the wait is not to long and sometimes no wait at all. Everyone there has serviced me and are great, however my favorite teller is Laila Medina. While I’m in line I always see people waving at her and their faces light up.
