Worst customer service I've ever experienced, teller treats the customer like it's a irritation to take care of them. Ended up going to another branch. She even berated me for not having a debit card.
Terrible service. I guess they tried their best. When they don't know how to do something, they should tell the customers. Not happy with this branch at all.
Waited in line for 20 min with one teller at noon. Aka lunchtime when people go banking. Then was cut in line by an employee who claimed a customer was there before I was. Didn’t see anyone else standing in line with me. So he must of been somewhere else and not before me. Unprofessional and rude woman at the front claiming she was helping the customer despite being on a lunch break.
