Very disappointing service at this branch. Not only this time, each time i enter this branch i feel unwelcome by the staff. Every efforts of the staff at this branch is only to repeal the clients from BOA. They pretend like they are busy and occupied. They just like to pass their daily work hour. Also another trick they play, they would get one client and occupy themselves with hat client for a lengthy session. Very disappointed.... I met an associate named Layla (I hope that's the correct spelling) to open an account and she promised that I was to get an email with confirmation in a matter of hours (this never happened ). 6 days later nothing happened and I even called twice on different days and left voicemail yet I never got a call back or any update. I am greatly disappointed. Our interaction with her was good but a promise wasn't delivered neither was there a follow up. I am not sure if it was her or a system error. Either way... read more
