Marina is very very rude and didn’t knew how to explain things in a simple way for me to understand! Hope she woke up tomorrow less rude! Horrible experience.
This is the worst Bank of America branch in the world! Despite always being empty, they never have availability to serve a customer who wants to open an account right away, and when you schedule an appointment, they leave the customer waiting for 40 minutes. My advice: don't use this branch!
Deserves zero stars for how I was treated. Put me in a bind not knowing her job. People are so vain here and wouldn’t even apologize. Also announcing to the whole lobby I’ll be there on this day to pick up this amount of money. Banks are living in the 1500s if you don’t know the problems crypto solves get to work.
