I am writing to express my frustration regarding the service I received today. It appears the employees are avoiding their responsibilities; when I called, I was immediately transferred to an unattended extension. No effort was made to assist me with my inquiry

Marina is very very rude and didn’t knew how to explain things in a simple way for me to understand! Hope she woke up tomorrow less rude! Horrible experience.
This is the worst Bank of America branch in the world! Despite always being empty, they never have availability to serve a customer who wants to open an account right away, and when you schedule an appointment, they leave the customer waiting for 40 minutes. My advice: don't use this branch!
