Went to the bank to change my last name on my account. I sat in the lobby for over an hour waiting for an associate. The first associate "couldn't help me". So I had to wait even longer. I was able to assisted by another employee. She went through the process and had me sign a document saying my name had been changed on my account. I waited 1 week for my new card. The account is STILL in my old last name, and my card is still showing my old last name. So I essentially wasted my time, and had two employees lie to me. I though... read more
