I come to this location about once a week, and am usually helped by the wonderful Cathleen and/or Betty with my occasionally annoying requests, and they do it with a smile. They're always happy to see me and very friendly. I haven't had any notable interactions with the management, but it certainly seems that this branch is a lot better than the two-star rating they currently have. Rude and dismissive. Don't bother. At the BOA on Bee Ridge at Sarasota Village Plaza one is treated in a friendly, helpful way.
Terrible. Horrible customer service. No wonder this branch is closing in August.

The manager at this location (Ben) thinks that he ownes the bank and the money of his customers. He has no respect for any one.
