So I go to the Post Office to make some money orders and the transaction did not reflect the the post offices’ end but it was reflected on my bank account, now the bank is telling me it can take upto 90 days to get my money back??? So here I am over 1,000.00 in limbo!!! And rhey will not give me a credit.. everything RUINED, why do I have ronpay dor this error!! Even had to make a loan and borrow money!! I came into the bank and stood there for about 4 minutes while the bank manager spoke with a woman in Spanish . She never acknowledged me. I walked out to lock my car came back in stood there for about 2 more minutes.Then I joined the line to get some assistance from the teller which was pleasant thats the only reason I gave 3 star.
Jan Grant is the BEST employee you have. On Sept. 16, she help my husband, and Jane was very Professional, Patient, and Empathetic. Could be good idea that She teach the other ones how to be with custumers... God Bless you, Jan, for been like you are! Never change.
