I came into the bank and stood there for about 4 minutes while the bank manager spoke with a woman in Spanish . She never acknowledged me. I walked out to lock my car came back in stood there for about 2 more minutes.Then I joined the line to get some assistance from the teller which was pleasant thats the only reason I gave 3 star.
Jan Grant is the BEST employee you have. On Sept. 16, she help my husband, and Jane was very Professional, Patient, and Empathetic. Could be good idea that She teach the other ones how to be with custumers... God Bless you, Jan, for been like you are! Never change.

The worst location. Ignored for a straight hour
I came into this branch looking to open a checking account when it was almost closing time and there were other clients being attended, everything went fine. I was greeted at the entrance and, after telling why I was there, I was told to wait a little. One of the advisors (Justin J.) helped me out in an expedited and kind manner. I even managed to deposit some checks into my newly opened account a few minutes before closing.
