I came into this branch looking to open a checking account when it was almost closing time and there were other clients being attended, everything went fine. I was greeted at the entrance and, after telling why I was there, I was told to wait a little. One of the advisors (Justin J.) helped me out in an expedited and kind manner. I even managed to deposit some checks into my newly opened account a few minutes before closing. Makes you wait for ever because only one clerk is working and eventually tills you the system is down. Going to switch banks soon
Went in to the Altamonte branch on Saturday because my card wasn't working, didn't even have to wait 5 minutes for Jan to help me get my information fixed and a new savings account set up!
This bank is very poorly managed. They do not have a sufficient system for flow of customers coming in and out. There are always at least 5-6 people in line waiting for 1 teller. The other workers will only walk past you rather than offering a helping hand to their teammates or customers.
