Love the proximity but 9 times out of 10 this branch does not have what I need (e.g., someone able to accept foreign currency deposits or reset a ATM PIN code). I work so weeeknd hours are best but fruitless visit every time. The remodel looks great and the guy gave me all the phone numbers to call back to check staff services on business days but they never answer the phone. I don’t have time to keep driving there and back and NOT get my banking needs met. Do better please.
Every time I am afforded the privilege to make my business’ bank deposits at this BofA location, I genuinely look forward to visiting and chatting with the tellers and management team at this location. It is rare to find such a high standard of customer service in the banking industry these days. Had issue with BofA Credit Card, I couldn't get any help on the phone. (July 2023) I was told to visit a branch to get clarification to interpret some unknown charges on my card on the phone by BofA representative I called BofA Sunset Esplanade because I received a great service before. But when I called to make an appointment to my surprise I was told "this is a high functioning bank, we are busy with our regular clients. Well...
