Superb services. I have been with them since moving to Oregon back in the early 80's. Back them they were the Ben Franklin bank.Â
Love the proximity but 9 times out of 10 this branch does not have what I need (e.g., someone able to accept foreign currency deposits or reset a ATM PIN code). I work so weeeknd hours are best but fruitless visit every time. The remodel looks great and the guy gave me all the phone numbers to call back to check staff services on business days but they never answer the phone. I don’t have time to keep driving there and back and NOT get my banking needs met. Do better please.Â
Every time I am afforded the privilege to make my business’ bank deposits at this BofA location, I genuinely look forward to visiting and chatting with the tellers and management team at this location. It is rare to find such a high standard of customer service in the banking industry these days. BofA at a large level has suffered recent reputation injuries, but this branch alone single-handedly shows that it’s about the people on the ground, not those at the C-Suite, that make the biggest difference.
