Don’t go here if you try to get a card to tell you no so I’m just gonna close my account with Bank of America. Should not take two weeks to get a card
Superb services. I have been with them since moving to Oregon back in the early 80's. Back them they were the Ben Franklin bank.
Love the proximity but 9 times out of 10 this branch does not have what I need (e.g., someone able to accept foreign currency deposits or reset a ATM PIN code). I work so weeeknd hours are best but fruitless visit every time. The remodel looks great and the guy gave me all the phone numbers to call back to check staff services on business days but they never answer the phone. I don’t have time to keep driving there and back and NOT get my banking needs met. Do better please.
