I own two small companies in the local area. I had a situation where I had to withdraw some funds and I was unable to because I lost my debit card and they said I had to have my debit card in order to withdraw funds from my business account. Even though I had two forms of ID and the Secretary of State website says I am the business owner. I am sorry, but that is not a way to run business and be professional. Sharon is amazing, she’s always welcoming, professional, and efficient. I genuinely have a blast visiting this bank, as they consistently provide the best service out of any bank I’ve experienced.
