I hope this reaches the right person since i'm left to leave a review to be taken seriously. I opened a claim with BOFA for a transaction on a cruise that left me with food poisoning and other symptoms for 4 months now. BOFA issued me a provisonal credit and the teller manager from this location ( Julie Cezar) told me the credit is my money to use and it wouldn't be taken back.
