WHY IS THERE ONLY ONE BANK TELLER WHEN THIS IS THE MOST BUSIEST CITY?
Had a really bad experience trying to open an acct for an estate at this branch. They denied me because supposedly did not have a testimony for my mother estate. I had the testimony I guess they are not trained very well to not know what a testimony is. They were not able to give me any answer on why or what I need. Most unprofessional answer I received. They main management was even willing to help and direct in the right direction. Think twice before you bank at this location.

Bad customer service The woman inside she’s so mean, I don’t know what’s her name but she over 50 years old she never say hi to anyone
Really disappointed! I usually come in to make deposits— Never had an issue was told today that I need to start coming in twice a week because I’m backing things up?? There was no one in the line. I understand that the bank only offers one window, but it’s a bank! Store location:2740
