Been BoA customer for almost 30 years. Walk in to a transfer because BoA phone support says I had to go in to a local branch. I go in, and wait and wait and wait. Meanwhile there are bankers behind glass doors twiddling their thumbs doing nothing. They can't even do a simple transfer. Then they took people in that came after me. I left in disgust and now have to do this transfer while I'm on vacation.
Walked inside and was Heading towards the teller. I was stopped asking how can I help you. After some word exchanges they tell me to go to the teller. I was heading there already! You just Wasted my time talking to you. Please don’t help someone that didn’t ask for help.
I previously wrote a review for this location about the service and the company's decision to have only one teller handling every transaction. BOA must have had Google remove my factual review. This location, like many other locations no longer has drive thru tellers. They state on their website they are leaning towards making everything digital and decreasing the customer footprint. I came in needing to change my address because I moved and also needed a card replacement. At 1pm. There was only 1 banker in the building. I was told 20 mins and it went way over that. I’m pregnant and needed something simple , this turned into 2 hours of a wait. I’ll visit a different location next time.
