Terrible service…The bank employee hung up on me! What’s that all about? No wonder the ratings are so low. I’m a share holder and very disappointed in my investment. After March 2026 dividend distribution, I’m selling all my shares. Wish you the best luck in the future, but my prediction is that BAC is takin over by a more customer-service focus banking institution.
Their drive through ATM’s are either down or malfunctioning 95% of the time. Very frustrating. This location needs to do better.
