Their drive through ATM’s are either down or malfunctioning 95% of the time. Very frustrating. This location needs to do better.
This location is awesome. I was welcomed and greeted with smiles. I felt like everyone in the building loved their job. I didn't have a wait and Daniel was very friendly and professional. Best experience I've had as a BOA customer.
The wait time in line is ridiculous. The employees move with no sense of urgency!
Demar was fantastic. He helped me find the right credit card & was very knowledgeable on all my questions. I was greated when I walked in, waited a few minutes before I was able to sit down with Demar. Friendly & helpful people all around!
This branch deceives customers, be very careful with the women who work there are more executives who deceive customers on issues of car pre-approvals, when in reality they ar Credit applications that affect your credit score, do not come here as this branch has no reputation.
