The cashier/teller was incredibly rude. I ended up doing what I needed myself over the ATM.
I did not appreciate BREE'S customer service as a manager, with a title. Not professional responses to questions nor the way she placed my ID and money in slot by basically throwing it at me. Very disrespectful and race motivated.
I came here to cash a personal check for $150.00. Literally, the first person in line. After standing their for 10 minutes while there's one teller. Someone finally acknowledged me standing there waiting. 3 minutes later I'm seen. Disappointed that they want $8 fee for a personal check. To add insult to injury. Nearly 13 minutes of inconsiderate of my time. I refuse to cash the check
This is our first bank. we were in the city for a vacation trip. and somehow we decided to go here to ask about opening an account. Everything was just perfect. Staff were beyond kind. This was more than 8 years ago. This is somehow small branch. All other reviews complain about feeds or not being super fast. Is not the point of this branch, personal attention and kindness were. I needed a replacement deposit box, and Brianna and Annie were professional and courteous. The process was efficient and they kindly and patiently answered all of my questions. This has been the case on previous visits as well. This branch is very well run and I'm happy to do business with them.
