God awful! This lady Maya needs a new job as something that has nothing to do with customer service! She was rude, stubborn, loud, obnoxious, unprofessional, arrogant, etc!! The manager is great, diligent, careful, professional, hardworking, BUT when people don't represent your team well, then all that effort is overshadowed and wasted. Best of luck to the management (I personally saw her struggle to keep things together).

Had an amazing experience with Carla, a Brazilian account manager. She was really competent, fast and very pleasant on our first bank account on BoFa. Experienced and outstanding professionalism.
The guy at the reception was not helpful at all. He was not willing to offer help nor did he even try to find a solution to my problem. When I said “So, you are saying that the only way for me is to close the account,” he said “well, if that’s what you want then, yes”. Now, I’m not an expert the in customer service department, but I know for a fact that losing a 9-year-loyal client is not OK.
