God awful! This lady Maya needs a new job as something that has nothing to do with customer service! She was rude, stubborn, loud, obnoxious, unprofessional, arrogant, etc!! The manager is great, diligent, careful, professional, hardworking, BUT when people don't represent your team well, then all that effort is overshadowed and wasted. Best of luck to the management (I personally saw her struggle to keep things together).Â
