This my bank to go to but lately is bad every Friday I come to cash my check on to bank tellers for 10 or people waiting why why .. come on you guys need to due better .. I see plenty of staff but they all just walking around ..
I came to make a deposit and the security guard on guard is uniquely professional and outstanding i believe his name was Tommari made me feel so safe knowing someone is there to protect the people in this community... keep up the great work... I wanted to add to my review that the entire bank staff is amazing. Junko is so sweet and professional and always makes banking such a pleasure. She always has exceptional customer service and makes coming here amazing.
Wow!! Best customer service ever. I have several business and personal accounts and absolutely love this bank. From Sally the business banker, Erica and Melanie (the relationship bankers), Alfredo and the whole team is amazing. Professional, knowledgeable and exceptional in every way. I literally can't say enough good about the staff here.
