Wow!! Best customer service ever. I have several business and personal accounts and absolutely love this bank. From Sally the business banker, Erica and Melanie (the relationship bankers), Alfredo and the whole team is amazing. Professional, knowledgeable and exceptional in every way. I literally can't say enough good about the staff here.
I came to make a deposit and the security guard on guard is uniquely professional and outstanding i believe his name was Tommari made me feel so safe knowing someone is there to protect the people in this community... keep up the great work...
They're not very respectful of people's time. Even when you have an appointment still make you wait 15 or 30 minutes. Several times I've had to leave because of the time rating and it pushes against my other appointments elsewhere
Wheelchair access is closed and violation of city code. At least put up a sign. There is no security breach and if there is hire a security guard, it’s not like you’re too poor not to afford one. I am going to personally report it to the city. Mediocracy is not worth the liability. You’re running a bank not a fashion store, which, clearly your staff dress like they work at H&M not a bank. What LOSER staff.
The personal level of service from Senior Account Manager Vanessa is beyond expectations! It is what you would expect from a Private Client banker at a boutique bank or a small town atmosphere banker. I am absolutely impressed with the level of patience and detailed care extended to her customers. I wish all retail banking was like this!
