The guy who checked us in karey Cooper is rude they skipped around us to someone who speaks Spanish rather than going through the list. So when I said something they said it will be quick. We'll so will mine doesn't mean it was right to skip over me. Then he said I don't have a right to be mad about being skipped over. I said yes I do he said with an attitude fine be mad. Only come here if you are Spanish because they are racist

The staff of this center is very friendly and responsible. Everyone is very kind especially want to thank Olga for her help.

I love this bank of America branch. Everyone there is so helpful and give great customer service. Especially, Easter, Fran, George and Cary. Sometimes I go in and do my banking just to say hello.

Soraya was the banker who helped me open a new account. She is exceptionally knowledgeable, highly professional, and very communicative. I avoid bank visits as much as possible, but next time, i will insist on only talking with Soraya. She is as good as it gets.
