Fast service
Its amazing that they haven't changed out the staff. I go in to make a deposit, which went well enough, but I had a question regarding opening up an account for my daughter, I sat in the designated area, two bankers on site, the security guard asleep, the bankers walked passed twice, no one else in the bank. 15 minutes waiting so I just left. Customer service sucks.
I opened a campaign account here. It took 3 hours to do the paperwork. When I needed one check to give to the Elections office, they did not have temporary checks. I was told they could do a cashiers check, but that was unacceptable for Elections. I closed the account and when I asked to have my miiney, they again wanted to give me a cashiers check and charge me $15, so I had to take cash, which was not what I wanted to do.
