I am a person with disability and was trying to open up an account and some unprofessional guy by the name of Percy blest why is rude and did not want to help me open up an account I didn't know how to use the online app and he will not assist me or teach me how to do it so I can successfully open up a bank account he told me I was free to go to somewhere else I could imagine all the business you guys are losing because of this unprofessional person
Have to wait 1 hour for a withdrawal and only one representative assisting the entire line, thats crazy definitely switching bank
What a thieving bank. It's a shame I've been with you for so many years. Honestly, I feel like closing my account with you. Do you know what it means to charge $5 to deliver your printed bank statements? They don't know where to get the money from anymore. They justify sending it to the app, but for those who don't have a printer to print it and need that information? You have to pay $5 for your own information. Honestly, I paid this because I need it urgently, but I'm considering leaving this bank.

Honestly, because of this branch, I’ve decided to simply close my business checking and bank elsewhere. Given the wrong info, I have to return here and wait another hour. Unacceptable.
