This Bank of America branch is terrible. Almost nothing works. One drive-thru ATM is broken, the other barely works. The outside ATMs don’t accept cash or check deposits at all. Inside is always packed with long lines. I’m a business customer, and even the business entrance is blocked because they don’t have enough staff. The drive-thru is closed “since Covid,” which makes no sense in 2026. Very disappointing. If you can’t provide basic service, you should just close this branch.
