I got a Bank of America credit card when I applied for Spirit airlines miles. I was doing a automatic payment every month on the balance of my card, I expected you to appreciate that but I was wrong because when my debit card I was using to pay got compromised the payment wasn’t processed. I was not aware of it and the following month Bank of America IMMEDIATELY SENT A REPORT TO THE CREDIT BUREAU all this for 79 DOLLARS I think your name should be No for America Bank

I am a person with disability and was trying to open up an account and some unprofessional guy by the name of Percy blest why is rude and did not want to help me open up an account I didn't know how to use the online app and he will not assist me or teach me how to do it so I can successfully open up a bank account he told me I was free to go to somewhere else I could imagine all the business you guys are losing because of this unprofessional person
Have to wait 1 hour for a withdrawal and only one representative assisting the entire line, thats crazy definitely switching bank
