So rude for absolutely no reason. I went in and the lady in the front rolled her eyes because she said she couldn’t hear me ask about a cashier’s check then the teller proceeded to be rude and decline giving me a cashier’s check. They were so condescending. I was thinking about opening an account there but there’s no way I would bank with such rude people. Also, online it reads that one doesn’t have to bank with you to get a cashier’s check. HORRIBLE SERVICE
Terrible service. I have a wire transfer from last week, and they won't give it to me in cash. According to the manager, Jesenia or Jessica, they couldn't give it to me. Meanwhile, at the other bank, I managed to withdraw half of the wire transfer, since I understand everyone is withdrawing money because it's the beginning of the month. The money belongs to each person, and they make it difficult for you to withdraw it.
The worst customer service possible. Spent two hours waiting for a simple task.
Can't hear the teller through glass. Long lines. I spent a nice chunk of my day waiting in these long lines bc they have one teller, and I'm there to cash something because they TOLD US I could. When I get to the teller I'm told NO actually, I'm not allowed to cash something because I'm not on the account. I mean what? They gave us clear instructions that we followed, and then they said they're wrong actually and it can't be done? Complete waste of time. I'll never bank with them again.
