If you go to this location, be prepared to waste half of your day. They do not have enough staff and I believe it’s because they do not value the community’s time. I guarantee if this branch was in Windermere this would not happen . do not waste your time here go somewhere else or do business with another bank, this is disgusting.
So rude for absolutely no reason. I went in and the lady in the front rolled her eyes because she said she couldn’t hear me ask about a cashier’s check then the teller proceeded to be rude and decline giving me a cashier’s check. They were so condescending. I was thinking about opening an account there but there’s no way I would bank with such rude people. Also, online it reads that one doesn’t have to bank with you to get a cashier’s check. HORRIBLE SERVICE
