I have been very disappointed with the service and customer service(one brown head person in particular)at this location several times. If you job is to work and help people, please have a positive & non-combative attitude. Please go the Hull & Turner location. They are welcoming, helpful & very professional.

I’ve had great experiences here with the tellers and specialists. Sometimes the lone is long and you have to wait, but it’s not the bank’s fault. I’m pleased with Bank of America.
