The teller treated like an old person with dementia. She kept implying I was being scammed. I told her I have been buying from this company for 25 years. She wanted me to take a cashiers check instead of cash. She went to another location for 5 minutes then handed me a bunch of papers. I tried to handed them back but she refused to take them. After 15 minutes I told her to stop treating me like I am stupid. I hope I never see her again.
While I don’t personally bank with BOA, my elderly dad does and his account was exposed to fraud. Getting help through the 800 numbers was rather difficult and exceedingly frustrating, which I feared would be the same experience inside of the branch. I called and made an appointment with Mital and upon attending, she provided an experience that could only be conjured under the most fortuitous of circumstances with even the best of representatives. Terrible phone customer service. Called multiple times, only got someone after calling three or four times. Was transferred to order check book, but they sent me to an area to transfer between funds (which I can do online.) Now I can't reach anyone anymore. It's RIDICULOUS.
SLOW!!!! Slow customer care , phone is made for picking up not for starting at and pretending to work!!!! Why why !!!
I have been very disappointed with the service and customer service(one brown head person in particular)at this location several times. If you job is to work and help people, please have a positive & non-combative attitude. Please go the Hull & Turner location. They are welcoming, helpful & very professional.
