Long/time customer; always pleased with management and customer service.
I went here with my friend Shakala and we were really well received as soon as we came in by Rose and our senior banker Julia Heng, I went to several Banks of America and this location was easily the best treatment I’ve ever had even though they’re all nice every single time. I wish the best for Rose and Julia Heng and I am really happy for choosing Bank of America.
They never answer the phone. While enrolled in college in Boston, I had the opportunity to work at the Fairmont Copley Plaza Hotel as a concierge. They taught us the importance of answering every call and if you had someone in front of you at the time, ask them kindly for their room number and tell them you would call them back as soon as you’re finished with the guest in front of you. Horrible. They have one teller booth and the line goes past the entry door. This has been this way for years. Who is in charge of Bank of America? They don’t care about customers. It is unfortunate and embarrassing to bank with them.
